This warranty statement outlines our guarantee when you purchase our jewelry. While we use durable materials, exposure to harsh conditions—such as impacts—can cause scratches or breakage. Materials like titanium, gold, stainless steel, silver, tungsten, and wood may gouge or bend, while inlaid materials, including cremation ashes and semi-precious stones, can chip or break under extreme temperatures, chemicals, or stress. Jewelry wear varies by individual; some may wear their rings for years without issues, while others may need regular repairs. Common damage results from normal wear and tear, including bent rings or lost stones, especially in delicate styles. Most manufacturing defects are typically noticeable within the first month of wear.

30-Day “No Hassle” Limited Warranty Repair Policy: 

Your purchase of jewelry from Cremation Jewelers comes with a FREE 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If you discover a manufacturing defect (such as chipping or breaking) in your jewelry, we will repair it at no cost to you. To initiate a claim, please email us a clear photo of the defective item, clearly showing the visible defects, within 30 days of your original order date. If a replacement is not available, we may offer you a similar style of jewelry of equivalent value. If your jewelry contains cremation remains, you may need to return the jewelry along with any additional ashes to Cremation Jewelers. You are entitled to one (1) replacement for any jewelry that has a manufacturing defect within the first 30 days of the warranty period. This replacement will be your only remedy, thus limiting our liability under this limited warranty. Please note that you do not have the right to return any ring for a replacement or refund, as outlined in our return policy and limited warranty. No returns or warranty claims will be accepted after the initial 30 days. If we receive a damaged item and determine that the damage was caused by abnormal environmental conditions, exposure to harsh chemicals, or negligence, the item will be returned to you at your expense, along with an explanation. 

Repair of Natural Materials:

If any part of your item is damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assess whether it can be repaired (a fee may apply depending on the extent of the damage). We will provide you with the available repair options. If your jewelry is determined to be beyond repair, we will replace it with a new ring for 50% of the current retail price, plus shipping costs. Please note that this is a one-time offer and will not apply to the new replacement ring. For Black Ceramic or Tungsten items: These materials may shatter or chip, and if your piece is deemed beyond repair, we will replace it with a new ring for 50% of the current retail price, provided we have the necessary supplies in stock. This will be contingent upon the return of the damaged ring. Please note that this excludes gold and silver, which will be assessed based on market value. This replacement offer is also a one-time opportunity and will not carry over to the new ring. NOTE: If you take the ring to any other jeweler to get it resized, repaired, or cleaned in any way, the guarantee is void. This includes any and all alterations made to your ring. Damage or loss of semi-precious stones and remains is not covered by any guarantee. This limited warranty does not cover loss or theft and is non-transferable (i.e., valid only for the original purchaser). You will be responsible for both ways of shipping. 

Please Note These Exceptions to the Limited Warranty for All Jewelry: 

The limited warranty does not cover changes in size resulting from weight loss or gain, alterations in ring thickness, scratches, or damage caused by abuse, abnormal environmental conditions, or exposure to harsh chemicals (such as acids, fuels, ammonias, solvents, or abrasives). Additionally, the warranty does not cover negligence, improper use contrary to care instructions, or loss of the ring.

Tungsten and titanium rings are scratch-resistant but not scratch-proof. Tungsten can break if dropped on hard surfaces or comes into contact with harsh chemicals such as bleach, Lysol, hand sanitizer, alcohol-based products, lotions, and perfumes. Anodizing may fade or be removed due to exposure to chemicals and oils, and it can be scratched off if not properly cared for. Solid gold can scratch, but a simple visit to a local jeweler can restore its appearance with a buff. Gold or colored plating will wear over time and will wear out faster if exposed to harsh chemicals. Additionally, engraving plated rings can weaken the plating, leading to chipping, which voids your limited warranty on the ring.

Please be aware that if any wood ring experiences apparent submerged water damage, it will void your limited warranty since natural wood rings are not designed to be submerged in liquid. We strongly recommend removing your rings before swimming, washing your hands, or engaging in any water-related activities. If your jewelry piece becomes damaged, please stop using it immediately. Continued use may cause further damage, loosen the substrate, or make it sharp, potentially leading to injury or property damage. Cremation Jewelers will not be held liable for any property or personal injury/damage resulting from the use of items that are not properly maintained.

If we suspect that you are abusing any warranty during the limited warranty period or making a false claim of defect, we reserve the right to void your limited warranty.

EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE, YOUR PURCHASE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK; EACH RING IS PURCHASED "AS-IS"; AND WE MAKE NO OTHER WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO OUR PRODUCTS, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE; WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW, COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, USAGE OF TRADE OR OTHERWISE. 

Cremation Jewelers, including its managers, members, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, and suppliers, will not be liable for any injuries, losses, claims, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any type. This includes claims based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory arising from your ownership, use, or wear of any product purchased from us, as well as any other claim related to your purchase of any product, including claims for personal injury or death. Please note that some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent of the purchase price of the item.
